Pakistan Headache Society maintains a National Migraine Registry. Visitors may enrol using the current PHS-approved form. Public pages show anonymized aggregate counts only. Individual names, contact details and health information are never published.
What is collected now
Official consent wording has been approved. Eligible visitors may complete the current registry form, including any questionnaire fields PHS has activated in the CMS.
How records are reviewed
Authorised reviewers move each private submission through Pending, Under Review, Approved or Rejected. None of those statuses publishes an individual record. After a record is Approved, this website still shows only aggregate and anonymized statistics.
Privacy
Submissions are stored privately for authorised registry reviewers. Public pages show aggregate counts only. Names, contact details and health answers are never listed, searchable or included in the sitemap.
